Herb Butter Beef Tenderloin Roast Ingredients: 4 lbs beef tenderloin roast, trimmed 4 tbsp olive oil 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced 2 tbsp fresh thyme, minced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat the tenderloin dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roast on all sides until browned. In a small bowl, mix butter, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Spread the herb butter over the roast. Place it on a roasting rack in a pan.
