Tamarind Juice 👇🏽 . 1/2 lb. tamarind pods, shelled and deveined 3 cups (for boiling) + 5 cups water 3/4 cup white sugar or agave 1/2 lime (sliced) Ice . . Remove tamarind pods from the shells, devein, and boil in 3 cups of water for 15-20min on med-high heat Let cool, then mash boiled pods with a potato masher Strain mashed mixture then combine with 5 cups water, sweetener and sliced lime Serve with ice and enjoy!
