Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges:
For health and safety reasons, Candy Funhouse does not accept returns or exchanges for any candy or food items.
If you have any issues with your order, please visit our Contact Us page to speak with our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you have purchased a non-edible item, we have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds exclude the original shipping costs, and the return shipping will not be covered by Candy Funhouse. All refunds for returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. This includes modifications to shipping addresses, product selections, or payment details. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not dispose of the product or packaging, as our Customer Service team may ask for pictures or proof.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
