A more flexible dinner menu: I keep seeing dinner menus on Pinterest, but I find that throughout the week we get busy and don't always go with the plan. Using a whiteboard gives me flexibility to write down a day if I want, or just put a dinner idea up for any night of the week. Putting what's in the fridge makes sure we use our fresh ingredients, and lets everyone know what we already have on hand. I also put what we need on a tear off list so I can take it to the store with me. Easy as that!
