Here's a flounce sleeve from my latest tutorial. 😊 I made it in stiff linen and each flounce consists of two layers of fabric so they hold the shape pretty nicely. The flounces are high-low full circles that I cut on the fold. The calculation for the radius is the same as the one you use for circle skirts. The target measurement is the seam length where the flounce will be inserted. I divided the sleeve into 8 sections and there are a total of 7 flounces. The easiest way to finish the hem…
