Our adorable party hat is the perfect accessory for your little one’s birthday celebration! Every hat is made with a cream felt base and lining. It’s adorned with acrylic pearls and topped with a fluffy pom pom. Measures approximately 4 in. tall (not including pom pom) and 3 in. wide. Soft 1/8” elastic comes attached to secure hat on head.
