INGREDIENTS :
🌱4 medium Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
🌱2 tbsp Coriander and Mint chopped
🌱1 small onion chopped
🌱 3 tbsp spring onion chopped
🌱100 gmsChicken (boiled n shredded)
🌱 1/4 tsp ajwain
🌱1 tsp salt
🌱1 tsp black pepper
🌱Half tsp chili powder
🌱1 n half tsp cumin seeds
🌱1 Tsp coriander seeds
🌱3-4 green chilies
🌱1 tsp cumin powder
🌱Pinch Turmeric
🌱3 tbsp Cornflour
🌱Flour paste ( 3 tbsp cornflour flour mixed in half cup water)

METHOD :
Mix together potatoes, with spices, onions mint coriander, spring onion, chicken, and cornflour.Grease your hands and shape into cutlets as shown. Dip in flour paste .📌You can freeze at this stage
