INGREDIENTS

CHARCUTERIE SKELETONS (makes 2)
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 5.2 oz Boursin
BOARD INGREDIENTS
- Cheddar stars
- Jarlsberg moon
- Mimolette sliced into triangles
- Raincoast Crisp Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS
1. ���Spray non-stick cooking oil in mold and line with two slices of prosciutto each.
2. ���Add 5.2 oz each of Boursin to the two molds and smooth over.
3. ���Fold edges of prosciutto over the cheese, cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour (or more). Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
4. Remove the wrap, decorate the board, and serve with crackers. Enjoy!
