1 cup of fresh orange juice
1 cup of olive oil
Zest of one orange
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of port
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Roughly 500grams of plain flour
3/4 of sugar

Place olive oil, sugar, zest,port,vanilla in a bowl. Add the bicarbonate to the juice and mix until frothy and place straight into the bowl. Mix well , start adding the flour with the baking powder until you have a nice not sticky dough.
Start by rolling a small ball of dough into a log shape then pinch together to form a circle, dip into sesame. Repeat with remaining dough.
