It’s a combo of @myoldmasters pickling white and @minwaxusa provincial. The white neutralizes the orange and lightens the wood, while the provincial alters the tone. All while keeping the wood grain! The ceiling did have a stain on it, but no sealer, so we were able to wipe the stain on the wood with no sanding or prep 🙌🏻. It’s a project, but so worth the time & effort!

If you have a sealer on your wood it’s going to need sanding or a finish remover. Which is another tedious step, but you can still achieve the same look.
