Vintage hand painted wood kitchen canisters, all with rooster designs! This is the most part of two sets (the largest canister from one set has no lid, but makes a good utensil holder). All of these canister have been used, and all have wear and spotting, inside and out. The largest box measures 7 1/2" tall, 7" x 6 1/2" at the top.

Tatsuya Aida handcrafts functional and naturally beautiful wooden tableware and accessories at his studio in Hyogo Prefecture. Each Chazutsu (Tea Leaf Canister) is meticulously crafted to fit together precisely and has a tight inner lid to further preserve the freshness of the contents.
