In a large bowl, whisk the egg • 2. Add in the oats, milk, egg, pumpkin purée, Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt, maple syrup, melted better, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice • 3. Stir with a spatula or wooden spoon to combine • 4. Line a brownie/cake pan with parchment paper • 5. Add the mixture • 6. Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes • 7.
