I'm just going to add that chopped spinach into my pot. Put my heat on low. Add a little bit of water and we're just going to cook our spinach until it is nice and wilted. Alright, our spinach is nice and wilted. Look at that. It looked like a lot of spinach but it cooks down. So, I'm just going to take this out of this pot and I'm going to add it to a strainer because I want to get that liquid out of it. Alright, I'm just going to add that wilted spinach into my bowl. Great. I have about 14 ounces of artichokes that I chopped up and I use the marinated type. I have one eight ounce block of cream cheese which I've softened. I have one cup of mayonnaise and I'm going to add that in. I'm going to use gouda in this. You can use whatever you like though. You definitely could use a mozzarella or pepper jack. Then I'm going to add some shredded parmesan add that right in. We are almost done with this guys. I'm going to press in three cloves of garlic. Get that in. I've got two more and I think I can fit them in at the same time. Perfect and you definitely could use garlic powder if you don't have cloves of garlic. That works just fine. I'm just going to sprinkle with a little bit of pepper to season it and I'm not using salt because there's enough salt and everything else. We are just going to mix this together. This is my favorite spinach choke dip. I just love it. And I love mixing it up and adding different cheeses. You'll definitely have to let me know how you make yours. And what cheeses you like to use in it. I would love to hear. That looks great. Alright I've got my baking dish and I am just going to add that spinach artichoke dip into the dish. I'm just going to spread this out so it's a nice even layer. Wish you guys could smell this. It smells so good. It does. Yeah. Okay. One last thing. Sprinkling some smoked paprika on top. Then I have my oven set at 375 degrees and we're going to bake this for about 20 minutes or until this is nice and bubbly. Hey everyone. I have a question for you.
