GeneralWhat is a pattern watcher?

A Pattern Watcher monitors ONE specific combination: Trading Pair + Timeframe + Pattern + Exchange. For example, watching BTC/USDT on Binance Futures for a Rising Wedge on the 15-minute chart = 1 watcher. Want to monitor the same pair for 3 different patterns? That's 3 watchers.

GeneralWhy do timeframes matter for pricing?

Lower timeframes show more frequent price movements and pattern formations. A 1-minute chart shows 10-20x more price action than a 1-hour chart. Day traders and scalpers need faster timeframes, which is why higher tiers unlock faster timeframes.

ExchangesWhich exchanges does ChartScout support?

Basic supports Binance, Bybit, and Hyperliquid. The Pro trial and Pro, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ support all five exchanges, adding KuCoin and MEXC.

TimeframesWhat timeframes are available?

Basic: 15m and above. Pro: 5m and above. Enterprise and Enterprise+: 1m, 3m and above. Lower timeframes mean more signals and more opportunities.

PatternsWhat patterns are included in each tier?

Basic includes exactly 12 core patterns. The Pro trial and Pro, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ include all 20 published detectors.

PricingHow do I get started with ChartScout?

Subscribe to Basic immediately or start the 7-day Pro trial with a card. Pro is $69/month after the seven trial days unless you cancel or select another watcher tier.

SecurityDo I need to share my exchange API keys?

No. ChartScout only monitors public market data. Your exchange accounts and funds remain completely separate and secure. We never require access to your trading accounts.

NotificationsHow do I receive pattern alerts?

The full Pro trial and every paid plan include platform, Discord, email, and Telegram delivery.

PricingCan I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! Upgrading charges the prorated difference immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will keep your current features until then.

ImportantAre patterns guaranteed to work?

No. ChartScout detects configured pattern criteria and sends alerts; it does not guarantee a trading result or tell you whether to enter a trade. Trading decisions and risk management remain entirely yours.
