I eat exactly three times a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. I sit quietly for 20 minutes without anybody disturbing me, and I chew each mouthful 60 times.
Beginning with the first bite, and for every bite after, that try to chew ten times.
The secret to my success is that I bit off more than I could chew and I chewed as fast as I could.
So I think it’s always going to be this on-and-off kind of thing and that’s the way bands work. You need something else so it doesn’t start to chew on itself.
It ain't what you eat but how you chew it.
