English: Empire Brent was a steamship launched in 1924 as the passenger liner Letitia, requisitioned as an armed merchant cruiser in 1939 and refitted as a hospital ship in 1944. In 1946 she was renamed Empire Brent, and as such took emigrants from the UK to Australia until 1950. She was then renamed Captain Cook and took emigrants from the UK to New Zealand until she was scrapped in 1960.
