Description
English: Public Works Department Yokosuka Engineer Technician Hiroshi Kanzaki checks shotcrete application on board Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan July 7. Shotcrete is the method of spraying mortar and concrete by compressed air and is used here to stabalize and support a steep slope to prevent landslides.
