Українська: Прапор міста Бершадь

Прапор міста являє собою прямокутне полотнище червоного кольору із співвідношенням сторін 2:3. Кольори прапора червоний та білий взяті з горішньої та долішньої частин герба міста.

На прапорі – дві червоні, одна біла та дві голубі смуги.
