Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Tom yam kung nam khon (Thai script: ต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น) is a variation on the standard tom yam kung (prawn tom yam) in that it contains a dash of coconut milk (nam khon which literally means "condensed/thick liquid"). The prawns used in this tom yam, are kung maenam, large river prawns. Image made at an Isan karaoke bar/restaurant in Bangkok.
