Introducing Built with Omni: Create, share, and get inspired

We’re excited to launch Built with Omni, a new showcase designed to inspire, educate, and accelerate how you build AI apps on Airtable. Explore the showcase: https://airtable.com/built-with-omniBrowse a growing library of ready-to-use elements from Airtable and the builder community Remix examples directly into your own bases to jumpstart new projects Submit your own creations for the community to learn from Learn effective prompting and development techniques by inspecting real-world code and configurations And of course, the showcase itself is built as a custom public interface!  Alongside the new showcase, we’re also rolling out improvements to the custom elements experience:Inspect and edit code directly: Dive into the code behind any element and make changes directly.  Tool selection no longer required: Omni will now recognize when you’re asking for a custom interface and come up with a plan, even if you don’t manually choose the tool.  Public interface support: Custom elements can now power public interfaces (as demonstrated by the showcase itself!)  Multi-developer support: SDK-built elements can now be developed and maintained by multiple collaborators. Dive inVisit Built with Omni to explore examples and start building:https://airtable.com/built-with-omni To enable AI Labs features, workspace admins can go to Account > Workspace Settings and toggle on AI Labs. Celebrating Our First Community-Led Hackathon Winners!

We're thrilled to announce the winners of Airtable's first-ever community-led hackathon! Just before Thanksgiving, over 100 community members signed up to showcase their creativity, problem-solving skills, and innovative uses of Airtable.Participants competed across three exciting categories: Airtable AI: Recognizing the best use of AI features (selected by Alex McDonnell, @alexmcdonnell, Airtable’s Director, Product Marketing) Grand Jury: Selected by our incredible Airtable partners Basefluencer: Awarded to the most-liked video on YouTubeThe energy, ingenuity, and passion displayed throughout this event truly embodied what makes our community so special. And, of course, we have to give a shout out to ​@Mike_AutomaticN who organized this special event.Without further ado, let's celebrate our winners! 🏆 Hackathon Winners Airtable AI Winner: My Dodgeball Hub by Erica Pascual (​@Erica.pascual) “I loved how this app showcased several ways to use Omni and Field Agents on top of the structured flexibility that Airtable offers. Erica created an app purpose-built for managing every aspect of the dodgeball scene and player development. She even showed some Omni techniques that I wasn't aware were possible, like adding linked records that respect existing records and create new ones if needed.
