Trying to get started with the messenger but unable to get it to appear. Like the title says, using React and Next. What I have so far in my app:Intercom is loaded (`window.Intercom` is defined)"boot" and "update" are getting called in the correct spots with the (presumably) correct payloadsI'm getting successful responses back from `https://widget.intercom.io/widget/APP_ID`as well as `https://api-iam.intercom.io/messenger/web/ping`/li>In the DOM, there is a hidden iframe element with id `intercom-frame` and a div with id `intercom-lightweight-app`. The div only contains a style element, there is no contentCurious what could prevent the messenger button from appearing when everything I mentioned above appears to be working correctly
We’re experiencing a slow launch time in our SwiftUI app, about 35% of the slow launch time is caused by Intercom initialization. The stack trace indicates that multiple functions within the Intercom SDK, especially the initialization processes involving IMCCrashHandler, IMCConfig, HomeConfig, and HomeHeader, are contributing significantly to app launch latency. The UIKitCore and CoreImage components (like UIGraphicsImageRenderer and CIImage) invoked through ICAssets.backgroundImageViewWith also add processing overhead, which may impact the performance during launch. Here is the full stack trace given by XCodes tools:dyld start1. App.main() - SwiftUI2. AppDelegate.application(_:didFinishLaunchingWithOptions:) - SwiftUI3. IMCCrashHandler swizzleDidFinishLaunchingWithOptions - Intercom └ IMCCrashHandler sharedConfig - Intercom4. IntercomSDK_SentrySDK startWithConfigureOptions - Intercom5. IMCCrashHandler configureTags - Intercom6. IMCConfig sharedConfig - Intercom7. IMCConfig configFr
Our investigation shows that Intercom iOS SDK is slowing app startup time. It accounts for 50% of our app startup time(350-600ms added). using this option when debugging: `DYLD_PRINT_STATISTICS` Total pre-main time: 942.46 milliseconds (100.0%) dylib loading time: 321.59 milliseconds (34.1%) rebase/binding time: 47.07 milliseconds (4.9%) ObjC setup time: 211.68 milliseconds (22.4%) initializer time: 362.10 milliseconds (38.4%) slowest intializers : libSystem.B.dylib : 7.52 milliseconds (0.7%) libMainThreadChecker.dylib : 43.20 milliseconds (4.5%) Intercom : 556.15 milliseconds (59.0%) OurMainAppTarget : 28.28 milliseconds (3.0%)

Hello, As soon as one of our customers creates a new ticket from a tablet or ipad, it does not follow the usual workflow and therefore arrives unassigned. How can we rectify this? Thanks
I’m initiating a new conversation *to* a Contact, by using `createmessage` with the flag `create_conversation_without_contact_reply`. I get back a `conversation_id` on the resulting `Message` object. I then attempt to tag the conversation using `attachtagtoconversation`, which returns a very unhelpful message:{"type":"error.list","request_id":"00038sjjl7b2cb36su6g","errors":[{"code":"unsupported","message":"Conversation has no taggable part"}]} What does this mean? How do I apply tags on conversations? EDIT: this seems to happen when trying to tag newly-created tickets, too! the error message mentioning “Conversation” threw me off.
Wonder if we can support conversation attributes creation and update through API. At the same time, can we remove the limit of 250 options for conversation attributes?
Hi I’m looking for a way of adding many sites to the company data field. We currently deal with large companies that have many sites across many countries. Is there a way of putting this into the company data fields as it seems like this currently only likes one answer. For instance company “A” has a head office in London but has 20 other locations they operate out of each requiring there own support. So company fields will ideally have these attributes:name- Company Alocation (this needs to be able to take multiple locations) - Liverpool, London, Manchester etc only need one answer per ticket.Territory (this needs to be multiple different countries) UK, Ireland, Switzerland etc. Again this only needs one answer per ticket. If this cant be achieved what would be the best way around this?
Is it possible to display an NPS survey in multiple languages within a single survey, based on the user's language? We would like to have a consolidated overall NPS, but to achieve this, the text needs to be shown in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, depending on the user. If we create separate messages, we will need to extract and calculate the NPS outside of Intercom.
Hi everyone! I’m running into an issue where my workflow is triggering multiple times for the same user, even though it should only trigger once per user interaction (More Info). It seems like some users are repeatedly entering the workflow, causing duplicate messages and a poor experience. Has anyone else faced this issue? What steps did you take to prevent duplicate workflow triggers, or is there a specific setting I should check? Any advice would be appreciated!
Is it possible to integrate intercom live chat with a React.js website?
The app sometimes crashes when adding video content, even after adding Media3 alongside the existing com.google.android.exoplayer:exoplayer. Crashes have reduced but still occur on various devices. Intercom SDK version is 15.11.0
Is there a way to scroll on the product tour? A couple items on my tour require scrolling to the right to make it work
I want to use latest version of Intercom Android, it's 15.11.0 but I'm facing this issue when I try to build an Android application through Unity 2022> A failure occurred while executing com.android.build.gradle.internal.tasks.R8Task$R8Runnable> Compilation failed to complete, origin: /Users/Jesus.Garcia@productmadness.com/.gradle/caches/transforms-3/4a75e8b5239795acd12bc894c94ac93e/transformed/jetified-intercom-sdk-base-15.11.0-runtime.jar:io/intercom/android/sdk/Injector$1.classI'm using gradle version 7.6 and AGP 7.4.2 but I see how you are using a most recent versionhttps://github.com/intercom/intercom-android/blob/master/sample/build.gradlehttps://github.com/intercom/intercom-android/blob/master/sample/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.propertiesSo I was wondering if I would have to upgrade also to the same versions.Regards,Jesús.
I have two workflows:1. One triggered by a whatsapp conversation (Customer sends their first message), where the final step is Wait 23 hours: If anyone sends a message during this time, the workflow will end.2. Another triggered by Customer sends any message (for various sources, including whatsapp). It is happening that after the customer answers the first workflow during the wait (so the workflow ends), and then sends another message, the second workflow is not being triggered. It is very weird because this same system works for other workflows triggered from messenger.¿Is there a reason why the second workflow is not being triggered?
