It seems that there's another outage. I get a 500 error on 90% of the websites in my workspace. I tried a website that's linked on the homepage of Webflow (jasper.ai) and there's the same error, but nothing shows up here: https://status.webflow.com/

For some reason, I can't get my hamburger drop-down menu to show up in the design mode? It works on the live site, I just can't open it in the design mode to edit it..

I'm considering Webflow for a client project here, but they have the ecommerce as prerequisite.
Since this is new for me, I never built an ecommerce on Webflow, I have some doubts:
The product prices supports Brazilian Real (R$/BRL)?
The Stripe's payouts are supported in Brazil? How this actually works?
I'm asking this because in the past I've used product linked to stripe that doesn't supported payout to Brazilian accounts.
If there's some specific content or docs about it, let me know.

We just upgraded to the CMS plan and I am having trouble with our blog posts. Everything looks good in CMS (see attached CMS.JPG). The first image here is what the blog page looks like after I created it in CMS, then the second image shows what I get if I click on the first blog post. The story does not show up. What am I doing wrong?

Recently we have noticed that while searching for our company site in search engines it shows website name (en-GB)-Seo title tag .
We have cross checked and couldn't find it anywhere in the title tags. We have localization implemented in our site, I am not sure if it's because of that.I just want the en-GB to be removed when our site shows up in the search results.

I have a multi reference field in my exporters cms for the produce from the main produce cms. I would like it to filter on the exporters template page so I placed my produce varieties cms list (component) onto my exporters template page. In setting the filter so that only the produce named on the multi-reference field, show on the exporters page as something available for export. I still have to fill the exported products cms but the same would apply in that I have the product and then the multi reference field for the exporters that sell that product. But I am lost as to what I connect the name to in the filters.
I have my modal set up so when you click the button (e.g. "let's talk" button) it comes up in the middle of the screen. It has an animation to move in from the bottom of the screen. It works fine on the first click, but on any other click after that, it just pops up too close to the bottom of the screen without the animation, and on mobile screens you can't even see the submit button to click it. I have it set to close using either the 'x' button or clicking outside of the pop-up (basically the modal background), which works and animates out (basically the reverse movement of the open animation), although after the first click on the 'x' it also takes 2 clicks to make it close, and it doesn't animate out, just disappears without animation.

Hi all, I notice that changing an asset name in the asset panel doesn't update on the published website. It retains the original upload name. Is there a way to sync these changes? We need it for SEO and we have a large number of images, we can't reupload them.

I have an interaction on an item here where the text and the button icon animate, however, I'd like the image to also zoom (or other cool suggestion) a little whenever the item is hovered over. How do I go about doing this? MY attempts have only resulted in either hovering on the image only (which isn't what I want) or due to it being part of a cms collection all the images zoom when I hover on an item.

I am absolutely losing my mind trying to submit a marketplace template. After fighting with the tool for days, I finally got my responsive variable modes to pass—but now I am completely hard-blocked by two ridiculous, flat-out broken bugs in Webflow's automated Validator desktop app.
It feels like this tool was never even beta-tested before being forced onto marketplace creators.
Bug 1: Impossible Asset Math
Look at my attached screenshot. The validator is blocking my submission under CONTENT & ACCESSIBILITY, claiming that I have 158 images missing alt text (32% coverage).
Here is the problem: MY ENTIRE SITE ONLY HAS 53 ASSETS TOTAL.
How am I supposed to fix "158 missing alt texts" when the entire project doesn't even contain 60 images?! The app's scraper is clearly duplicating elements or scanning hidden nodes recursively, making it literally impossible to achieve 100% coverage because the target number doesn't exist.
Bug 2: The Validator Script Blocks Itself (The GSAP Error)
To run the remaining 22 live tests (image loading, contrast, broken links, custom 404, etc.), the desktop app forces you to paste its mandatory validation tracking snippet into your site header.
The exact second I paste its bridge code and publish the site, the validator hits a fatal error: "Custom script detected without approved GSAP patterns" and shuts down the connection.
The validator’s own bridge code is triggering a false positive in its security scanner because it doesn't match an allowed animation library structure like GSAP. If I remove the script to clear the GSAP error, the tool refuses to analyze the published page data entirely. It is a literal loop of broken logic.
To the Webflow Team:
We spend weeks building premium templates to your exact design system specifications. Forcing us to pass a mandatory compliance tool that cannot count basic assets properly and locks itself out with false-positive script errors is completely unacceptable. It is actively stalling our product launches and wasting our time.
Please look into these bugs immediately, or allow manual reviewers to step in when your automation fails this badly.
How can I keep the buttons anchored in the same place at the bottom of all of these items? I want them all to stick to the bottom on the same horizontal line at the bottom of each industry-resource_item.
In a Webflow CMS ecommerce build I updated the site by adding a new product as well as a related home page card link, and a button link in the navigation dropdown (not the native Webflow dropdown). I published the updated work to the staging site and everything on the updated home page was in place as expected. However on the second trigger (and onward) of the navigation dropdown the newly added button link had disappeared from the nav menu, as well as the related home page card link. All other nav button and home page card link buttons worked as expected. When I reload the home page, the newly added product references are back in place, but then from the second nav trigger onward the same issue repeats. How can I diagnose this issue and resolve it?

Hi all,
We've built a Designer Extension that generates llms.txt files for Webflow sites, and our submission has been rejected multiple times. We've removed all company branding and promotional content that was flagged, but the latest rejection still cites two architectural concerns we're struggling to interpret:
"Lack of meaningful integration" — the reviewer noted the app acts as a frontend shell for an external backend rather than integrating into the Designer. Could anyone clarify what level of Designer API usage reviewers expect? Our app reads site/page data and writes a file — what specific Designer capabilities would demonstrate "deep" integration for a tool like this?
"External dependency" — feedback states core functionality must live within the Webflow environment, not be proxied externally. For an app that needs to generate and host/output a file, what's the recommended pattern? Are we expected to handle generation entirely client-side within the extension?
We want to align with the App Submission Guidelines rather than resubmit something that gets rejected again. Any examples of approved extensions that handle file generation, or pointers to the relevant guideline sections, would be hugely appreciated.

Im working on a project for a client. And I'd like to use Webflow to develop the website I've designed. The thing is when I want to upgrade the Starter Plan to a Basic Plan it only let's me pay with Credit Card. I'm located in Germany so not everybody here has a Credit Card. I'm not sure if my client has one. But in case she doesn't is there another way to pay? With a normal Girocard or Paypal?
