The ocean themes led the design team's creative process through all the elements of graphic planning to finally creating an island space through an oval conference room at the focal point of the reception area. This design maximizes the influx of natural light and landscape views, making it more transparent and bright while breaking the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The panoramic view features the skyline of Ningbo East New City and the urban landscape of Yinzhou District. Like the mountains on the far horizon and the distant harbor, it appears like the whole world is within reach.

Ray Yang Co-director and Design Director of K&H International Master's degree in Interior Design from the University of Westminster, UK Ray Yang brings creative experience spanning two decades in the field of interior design. His design projects mainly focus on areas such as park headquarters, high-end offices, research and development centers, specialty stores, and laboratories. His designs have been realized in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, London, and he has earned numerous awards and industry recognition in publications including U.S.-based INTERIOR DESIGN and MUSE DESIGN. Yang continually pursues high-quality spatial design, advocating the integration of traditional Eastern culture and modern design language; respecting the urban context and also advocating international cutting-edge design concepts, his work deeply understands that architectural white space and balance are important spatial design principles.
