Take oil in pan. Add some sesame oil too. Add sesame seeds. Add ginger garlic and chillies.

Add onions and black pepper

Add chilli black bean sauce.

Add bok choy.

Once it shrinks add 1.5tbsp wine, 1tbsp zhenxiang vinegar, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce.

Add corn starch slurry to make it thick. Add water to adjust to gravy like consistency.
Add tofu, salt. Let it cook -

Serve with rice and noodles
