Ingredients

  1. 1.5 tbsp chilli black bean sauce
  2. 1 tbsp wine
  3. 1 tbsp zhenxiang vinegar
  4. 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  5. 2 tbsp corn starch
  6. sesame oil and sesame seeds
  7. black pepper
  8. Veggies and protein
  9. 12-15 bok choy
  10. Tofu
  11. 1 onions
  12. ginger garlic and chillies

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take oil in pan. Add some sesame oil too. Add sesame seeds. Add ginger garlic and chillies.

    Add onions and black pepper

  3. 3

    Add chilli black bean sauce.

    Add bok choy.

    Once it shrinks add 1.5tbsp wine, 1tbsp zhenxiang vinegar, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce.

    Add corn starch slurry to make it thick. Add water to adjust to gravy like consistency.
    Add tofu, salt. Let it cook

    Serve with rice and noodles
