Ingredients

  1. 1 whole napa cabbage
  2. Half pack bacon
  3. 1 pack enoki mushroom
  4. Sauce:soy,flour,sugar,water

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch nspa cabbage then drain.

    Slice bacon into three parts.

    Wash enoki.mushroom then pat dry.

    Lay flat the cabbage then take a small mushroom and one piece of bacon.

    Then roll it together.Arrange in a steaming plate.

    Boil water in the steamer then steam for 10 mins.

    Drain and remove water from the plate.Add a little water then add the sauce ingredients.

    Mix well and simmer until thickens,then pour over the steamed rolls.
