Ingredients

  1. 4-5 large Paan leaves (Betel leaves)
  2. 5-6 Cherries or Dates
  3. 2 tbsp Gulkand or to taste
  4. 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar or to taste
  5. 200 g Fresh cream
  6. 250 ml Whipping cream

Cooking Instructions

    Tear the leaves into small pieces.

    In a blender add paan leaves, cherries, gulkand, powder sugar and 2 tbsp whipping cream.

    Grind coarsely and keep that aside.

    In a large bowl add fresh cream and beat for a minute and then add whipping cream, beat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Now add paan paste beat until well combined.

  6. 6

    Transfer the ice cream into a dish and freezer overnight.

  7. 7

    Scoop & garnish with cherries.
