Cryptocurrency markets are still holding the recent gains and swinging around the last support levels. While 16/20 Altcoins, according to market cap, are in the red, overall total market cap still floats around recent levels, as per CoinMarketCap.

Bitcoin has gone on to trade in a tighter zone over the last few months with 30, 60 and 120-day instability forcing annual lows. Currently, the market cap is at US$195.022 billion, and for the past day, it has managed to trade US$11.986 billion.

The Bitcoin (BTC) price has dropped back from eight-day highs on Friday morning, September 14, and it could be in for a bulge of solidification before further upward movement happens.

Ethereum (ETH) has toppled to its lowest price in a year and four months as Cryptos continued to struggle on Wednesday, September 12. However, it regained more than 12% of its value on September, 13.

The price of Ethereum dropped to a one year low of $228.8 on Sept 7, dropping below the $255.05 level of Sept 17 last year, satisfying expectations of all those experts who forecasted a vulnerable support which ICOs have placed on the second biggest crypto since early 2017.

Bitcoin is the most successful Crypto as it stands. Last year, it was estimated that around 2.9 to 5.8 million users using a crypto wallet where the majority were using Bitcoin.

On Wednesday, August 29, the Bitcoin price soared over $7,000 for the first time in almost 3 weeks.

The Bitcoin price has fallen like a stone by over 2% within just 30 minutes from $7,400 to $6,950, forcing tokens and other significant Cryptos to register large losses. Moreover, the downfall continued within the next hours, and presently BTC price is as low as $6,452.

Over the last day, major cryptos such as Ethereum and Ripple and have dropped while the price of Bitcoin stayed standing above $7,300. Bitcoin Cash, EOS and Litecoin have recovered after a drop.
