Take on the CiviCRM work your clients are asking for.

The migrations, scale fixes, and custom builds your clients need, delivered behind your brand, with or without your own CiviCRM team.

Our code is merged into CiviCRM core and ships worldwide; CiviCRM’s founders and maintainers have backed the work by name.

Your client wants CiviCRM.
Getting it right is the hard part.

Maybe you have no CiviCRM engineers. Maybe you have a strong team that has never gone deep on CiviCRM, or one that is already booked solid. Either way, the work is real revenue, and the engagement that goes wrong is your name in front of the client, not a vendor’s. CiviCRM rewards the people who know it at the source and exposes the ones who don’t.

There is a way to take the work on without the risk: a CiviCRM partner deep enough that you can put your name on the result, whether we are your whole bench or an extension of the team you already have.

Why you can put your name on it

Most shops that work in CiviCRM stay on the implementation side. They configure, extend, deliver. Far fewer have their engineering accepted back into the framework other people built. That line separates an order-taker from a partner you can stake a client relationship on.

Exhibit 01

Three pull requests merged into CiviCRM core

One cut a query pattern that hit every contact-summary page, about 62% fewer queries on a 548,000-contact production instance. Another removed roughly 225,000 redundant queries from a single 250,000-recipient mailing.

Exhibit 02

A core maintainer built on our diagnosis

PR #35467 was written by Coleman Watts of the CiviCRM core team, on top of our investigation. Core teams do not do that unless the analysis is credible.

Exhibit 04

We work directly with the people who built CiviCRM

A CiviCRM founding contributor, Kurund Jalmi, worked alongside our engineers on the architecture of our largest deployment, and our code now ships in the framework they built.

The engagement model

Behind your brand, or alongside your team

The client relationship is yours. Pick the posture that fits each engagement:

Way 01

Your whole bench

We can be the engineering bench your agency doesn’t have.

Way 02

Alongside your team

Or the CiviCRM depth that works next to the team you already run.

Way 03

Client-facing, when you choose

When you want us in front of the client as your CiviCRM specialists, we do that too.

You scope with your client
We build against it
You stay the face

What we don’t do is compete with you for the account.

The sell-through catalogue

What you can put in front of your clients

Migration off an expensive or per-seat CRM

The kind where the licence bill climbs every time the client adds a user. We have done it at large production scale.

Scale and performance work

When an install is straining: query patterns, indexing, the mailing engine. The exact work we have fixed in CiviCRM core.

Custom functionality the CRM doesn’t do yet

Built to the community’s Stable quality bar: payments, communication channels, the integration the client needs that does not exist anywhere.

Implementation from brief to go-live

Data modelling, workflow design, segmentation, field operations.

Upstream contribution

When the fix belongs in CiviCRM itself, so the client’s install and every other one benefits.

Operator training and handover

So the client’s own team can run the CRM and you are not the support desk forever.

Anonymized production engagement

The work behind the contributions

The core fixes above came out of one long-running engagement: a production CiviCRM deployment in the half-million-contact range, one of the largest we have worked on. It began with a four-month migration off a per-seat proprietary CRM.

500,000+

Contacts in production

245,000

Recipients per mailing campaign, at 99.42% delivery

62%

Fewer queries on a 548,000-contact production instance

In scope

Compliance-grade receipting, corporate-partnership campaigns at scale, WhatsApp delivery.

The hardening came from real incidents, and the ones worth fixing properly became the contributions above. A problem in production becomes a fix in the framework.

A few honest answers

Do you work directly with our clients, or stay behind us?

Your call, per engagement. Default is behind your brand.

Do you replace our team or work with it?

Either. We have done both.

Can you work in our client’s hours?

Yes.

What if the work really belongs upstream in CiviCRM?

We will tell you, and take it there. Your client’s install benefits, and so does the next one.
