CCC Group’s Q1 2025 Performance: Revenue and EBITDA Growth Coupled with Profitability Gains

In Q1 2025 (February–April 2025), the CCC Group delivered EBITDA of PLN 376 million (+25% YoY), with EBITDA margin improving by nearly 3pp YoY, to 16%. Revenue reached PLN 2.3 billion, reflecting a 4% YoY increase against a challenging comparative base. The Group maintained strict cost discipline, achieving a reduction in the cost-to-revenue ratio for the seventh consecutive quarter.

In the fourth quarter of FY 2024 (November 2024–January 2025), the CCC Group achieved a nearly fourfold increase in operating profit and more than doubled its EBITDA, to PLN 525 million. Revenue growth was accompanied by a further improvement in the Group’s gross margin. Tight cost discipline was maintained across all business lines. Efforts to further boost strong profitability of CCC and HalfPrice were successfully continued. A notable surge in operating profit and EBITDA was recorded by the Modivo Group, driven primarily by a focus on highly profitable sales and substantial cost reductions resulting from its ongoing integration with the CCC Group.

In the second quarter of 2024 (May–July 2024), the CCC Group reported an over three-fold increase in operating profit and a sharp improvement in its EBITDA margin. Revenue rose by 6%, with sales growth across CCC, HalfPrice, and the Modivo Group. This quarter again saw sharp gross margin improvements in HalfPrice (up by 13pp) and CCC (up by 5pp). Each business line reported a lower cost-to-revenue ratio year on year, thanks to continued tight cost discipline. In July, the Group successfully completed the refinancing of its CCC Business Unit, which is expected to lower financing costs and unlock further growth potential for its most profitable and proven business formats in the coming quarters.

The CCC Group has signed a five-year PLN 1.8 billion syndicated loan agreement. The new agreement significantly optimises the structure of bank financing for the CCC Business Unit (comprising the CCC and HalfPrice companies), lowers the cost of the financing and unlocks the potential for further expansion. The new financing is a major achievement for the entire organisation, following consistent efforts to strengthen the business’s profitability.
