For a 10lb or less bone in or bone out, just not sliced ham, preheat your oven to 225° and bake for 3 1/2 hours. It slowly heats the ham and never dries out. Don’t cover or add water to the bottom of the pan. I also glaze my ham every 45 mins with an easy to make glaze that I learned how to make over 20 years ago from the father of an ex girlfriend of mine. I tweaked it a little bit to add a little more but it’s simple and is amazing. 1 cup of ketchup 1/4 cup of mustard 1 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla 1 tablespoon of cinnamon Glaze ham every 45 mins for 3 hours.
