Drain water and cool while you make your sauce * In a medium heat pan, melt 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Sauté 1-2 cloves of minced garlic * Once fragrant, add on 1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes (less if you don’t like heat) * Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding in 1 Tbsp soy sauce * Once it comes to a simmer (should be quick) then add in 1 Tbsp brown sugar * Add in 1 Tbsp water * Stir until everything is combined well and then add in your cooked noodles * Coat your noodles and then push them to the side and add in 1 egg * Cook your egg and then combine everything together before plating it up * Top with green onion and everything but the bagel seasoning (both of these are key ingredie
