🧀 Zucchini Cheddar Wraps (Gluten-Free + Wholefood Friendly)

🧀 Method
1.	Grate 3 zucchinis and squeeze out the excess liquid.
2.	Mix zucchini with 2 eggs, ⅓ cup grated cheddar, 2 tbsp almond meal, and a pinch of salt.
3.	Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
4.	Pour ¼ of the batter into the pan, spread thin, and cook 2–3 minutes each side until golden.
5.	Cool slightly, fill with your favourites, roll up, and enjoy!

Optional fillings:
	•	Cream cheese or hummus
	•	Smoked salmon or shr
