Sprouted Moong Paratha (Thepla) Ingredients : • Sprouted Moong • 1 small Ginger Knob • 1 Garlic Clove • Green Chillies (as per taste) • Freshly chopped Coriander Leaves • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) • Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) • 1 tbs + more Oil • Salt as per taste • 1 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta) • Water (as required) Method : • In a chopper, take sprouted Moong • Coarsely grind them • Transfer in a mixing bowl • In the same chopper, take a small Ginger Knob • 1 Garlic Clove • Green Chillies (as per taste) • Coarsely grind the mixture and transfer in the bowl of sprouts • Add freshly chopped Coriander Leaves • Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) • Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) • Add 1 tbs Oil • Add Salt as per taste and mix it • Add 1
