Makes 2 Toasts (Cals: 430, P: 21g)
For Guacamole 🥑:
1/2 Avocado
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp tomato
1/2 lemon juice 
Seasoning - Salt, pepper, red chilli powder, mixed herbs/oregano
2 tbsp pomegranate

For tofu:
80g tofu
Marinade - 1 tbsp schezwan, drizzle of honey, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, salt, red chilli powder, mixed herbs, 1 tsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp olive oil

For the toast
2 slices wholewheat/muligrain bread (or sourdough)
1 tsp Roasted pumpin seeds

1. Mix up all the ingredients to prepare the guacamole until everything is well combined. Make sure the avocado is ripe.
2. Marinate the tofu and refrigerate for 15 mins. Then grill it until its beautiful golden brown. 
3. Airfry/ Toast your bread until crispy. Assemble the toast and top it with p Tofu Marinade, Red Chilli Powder, Seasoning Salt, Red Chilli, Chilli Powder, Healthy Vegetarian, Vegan Breakfast, Golden Brown, Lemon Juice
