I saw this viral trend last year, and I just tried it now... using the Korean crispy frying mix from @ofood_au to make it easier 🥰

And wow, it tastes amazing 👌

To make it: 
Make a batter using the crispy mix with cold water.
Wash and cut your enoki mushrooms into flat pieces.
Dip each one into the batter. Then dip it again into the crispy mix to make it even crispier.
Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Dip it into gochujang mayo (2 tbsp mayo, 1/2 tsp gochujang, a little bit of sugar, and garlic powder).
