Vastgoedgroep Degroote has been developing high-quality projects on the Belgian coast for almost fifty years. For its newest residential gem in Nieuwpoort, we were asked to create an identity tailored to the target group: the coastal enthusiast slash bon vivant who dreams of a permanent place or second home by the sea.
