1.5 cups pumpkin puree
½ cup Truvani Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder 
1 egg
¼ - ⅓  cup coconut sugar, maple syrup or honey
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup organic all purpose flour
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Optional add ins: dark chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds / almond milk to thin out the batter if you need it

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spray bread pan with coconut oil and add mixture in. Add desired toppings. Bake for 55 mins (using the toothpick test to determine readiness)." 3/4 C Rolled Oats
1/4 C Pumpkin Puree 
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds 
1 scoop Protein Powder of choice (vanilla or unflavored)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
1/2 tsp Pumpkin spice 
1 C Milk of Choice 

Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer on medium low heat until creamy, smooth and liquid is absorbed by the oats. Takes about 5 mins. 

Top with fruit, chocolate chips, honey and sea salt. Enjoy!
