I recommend size M and such new so it fits. I don't have a comment on this outfit you don't work with it all evening. In UV light it glows very nicely and does a good feeling and the most Knee pads and elbow bands you can see in the picture. The shortcoming is the headbands they were bent and they could not be straightened we did not use them.
