Ustrasana (Camel Pose) has many variations to it and can either be considered an intermediate level or an advanced level pose, based on the individual's flexibility. Here in this sequence, we have used all the variations of Ustrasana (Camel Pose). Since this pose comes under the backbend series, it is essential to open the hips, shoulders and the lower back for the same. Hence use of some standing backbends along with counter forward bends are used as part of the yoga sequence. YOGA SEQUENCE TO SIDE CROW: This pose requires lots of twisting so best to do this BEFORE you eat. (Should try not to eat 2 hours before practice) Do 5 Sun B's to warm up 1. CHILDS POSE Do with knees together. It will help open your hips which you need in side crow & mimic the compression you need between the belly & thighs for later 2.
