Roasted Butternut Squash with Cranberries and Walnuts
Ingredients • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed • 1 cup fresh cranberries • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 2 tablespoons maple syrup • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon • Salt and pepper to taste
