In a medium bowl add the egg whites, with a hand mixer mix on medium speed for 1 minute then increase the speed to high for 3 minutes. Once it’s done you will be able to flip the bowl without the egg whites mixture falling. Then slowly add the yolks and mix on medium speed for 1 minute and add salt. 5. Heat up oil. 6. Coat the stuffed peppers with flour then dip into the egg mixt
