I highly suggest adding lemon and red pepper, really takes it up a notch. Here’s how to make it: Olive oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2-3 small zucchini Flakey salt 1/2 lb spaghetti (plus pasta water) 1-2 T butter Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, about 3/4 cup (to taste) 4-5 basil leaves, torn Black pepper Lemon juice Red pepper 1. In a large sauté pan, heat a generous amount of olive oil over medium/low heat. (You don’t need the zucchini to be completely submerged in oil).
