Ingredients 🥭1 + 1/2 mango 🥭2 tbsp sugar 🥭3 tbsp water 🥭1/4 + 3/4 cup tapioca flour 🥭1/2 cup mango milk Milk froth (optional) 🥭1-2 drops of yellow food colour (optional) Method: 1. Cut one mango into chunks, throw it into the blender with sugar and water and blend into a puree. We need 1/4 cup mango puree. 2. Transfer this puree in a bowl and add 1/4 cup tapioca flour to it. Mix well. 3. Once the tapioca flour is completely incorporated, heat this mixture in a microwave for 1 minute at 15 seconds intervals.You will see that the mixture will thicken. At this stage, if you want, you could add 1-2 drops of yellow food colour. 4. Ingredients: 🍫2 tbsp castor sugar 🍫2 tbsp oil 🍫3 tbsp yogurt 🍫1 tbsp milk 🍫1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🍫3 tbsp atta 🍫1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫1/8 tsp baking powder 🍫1/8 tsp baking soda For topping 🍫2 tbsp melted chocolate Method: 1. In a microwave safe mug start by adding castor sugar , oil , yogurt ,milk and vanilla extract. Mix till everything is combined. 2. Now add in all the dry ingredients-atta, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in the mug. 3. Make sure to scrape the bottom and mix everything well. 4. Microwave the mug cake on regular heating mode for 2 minutes. 5. Once the cake is cooked completely, top it up with some dark melted chocolate and consume immediately.
