Using Apigee hybrid is a three-part process (well, two parts and an after-part ):
  
    
      
        
          
            
              
                
                 
               
              
                
                  Get your project and organization set up with Google Cloud and hybrid UI.
                  Prerequisites: 
                  
                  When you're done: 
                  
                    Created Google Cloud account and project 
                    Enabled APIs 
                    Created an organization 
                    Added a domain and reserved a static IP address 
                    Created an environment and environment group

                Part 2:  
                  INSTALL THE RUNTIME 
               
              
                
                  Install the runtime in your cluster with this quickstart.
