Request packs

Need more calls? Buy a pack.

Every pack is priced at the same $0.025 a call — the bigger the pack, the more we take off the total, up to 30% off. Packs work on either plan and never expire. Turn on auto-reload and the next one buys itself before you hit zero, so a busy week never stops an agent mid-task.

Everything about pricing.

What does self-hosting cost?

Nothing. The gateway source is public under the Elastic License 2.0, with no seat caps and no call limits. You run it on your own infrastructure, and your traffic stays there.

What's the difference between self-hosted and cloud?

Same gateway, and self-hosting gets the same purpose verification, risk scoring, vault, and audit trail. Self-hosted runs in your network and you operate it. Cloud is managed by us, adds longer retention and org accounts, and removes the ops burden.

Where do our credentials live?

In your vault. Self-hosted, they never leave your network. On cloud they are stored encrypted and swapped in at call time, so agents and model context never touch them.

What counts as a protected call?

Every time an agent reaches a service through Clawvisor — sending an email, reading a calendar, opening a pull request — that's one protected call. Your monthly allowance covers calls across all your agents.

What happens when I run out of calls?

Calls stop until you top up, so nothing runs unbilled or unapproved. Buy a request pack, or turn on auto-reload and Clawvisor buys one for you before you hit zero. Every pack is priced at $0.025 a call, and volume comes off the total: 2,000 calls is $50 at the base rate, while 20,000 calls is 30% off — $500 down to $350. Packs apply the moment they are bought.

How does auto-reload work?

Turn on auto-reload and Clawvisor buys your chosen pack automatically when your balance runs low, so a busy week never interrupts an agent mid-task. You set the pack size, and you can cap how many reloads a month is allowed to trigger. Without it, calls stop when you hit zero until you buy a pack.

Do request packs expire?

No. Packs sit on top of your monthly allowance and roll over until you use them. Your free or Pro allowance resets each month; purchased calls don't.

Is Pro worth it over just buying packs?

Pro includes 20,000 calls for $120 a month on an annual plan. The same 20,000 calls bought as a pack lists at $500 and costs $350 after the 30% off volume discount, so Pro is by far the cheaper path if you use anything like that volume each month. Packs are there for one-off spikes and for topping up past your allowance.

Monthly or annual?

Annual is $120 a month against $150 month to month — 20% off, or $360 a year. Both include the same 20,000 calls and the same features, and you can switch at any time.
