CLERK.AI (stylised as Clerk.AI in product use) is a registered trademark of Augmented Mind AB in the European Union. EU trademark registration number EUTM 017646613, filed 2017‑12‑29, registered 2018‑05‑22, with goods and services in Nice classes 9, 35, and 42.
The same mark is separately registered in the United Kingdom as UK00917646613, a comparable right created when the EU registration ceased to cover the UK, and likewise held by Augmented Mind AB.
The mark is used commercially in the EU by Augmented Mind AB through this site and the Clerk.AI software product.
Clerk.AI as a product runs on the user's own machine. Account credentials and financial data are stored in the operating system's secure credential store (macOS Keychain) and in user-chosen folders on the local disk. Augmented Mind AB does not operate a cloud that stores users' financial records. Where a user opts into remote AI processing or device sync, data is transmitted at the user's direction — to their chosen AI provider for inference, or through their own Apple iCloud account — never to a Augmented Mind AB store. See the Privacy policy for detail.
This marketing site (clerkai.eu) counts visits with Google Analytics, configured to store nothing on your device — no cookie and no persistent client identifier, so there is no cross-site tracking. Because nothing is stored on or read from your terminal equipment, this falls outside the consent requirement of ePrivacy Article 5(3), which is why you are not asked to dismiss a banner. Hosting and DNS are via Cloudflare; CF's standard data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses apply.
