Measurable outcomes would be an increase in our work capacity. Launching our Marketing Campaigns in a timely manner.

We have a dedicated project manager who is very responsive. We meet once a week and are in daily communication with them as we frequently have numerous projects with them open at any given time. 

We are kept up to date about all timelines and open work capacity for our plan. They have numerous processes in place to ensure frequent communication and timely delivery of projects and feedback.

Our creative director, Ana, is AMAZING! I've used other subscription creative agencies before and canceled them because they lacked the expertise and service that Ana provides. I absolutely love that you guys have experienced creative directors like Ana. She excels in time and project management, communication, expert feedback, collaboration, and leading our strategic vision and branding efforts.

Her ability to nurture creativity and innovation ensures that all projects are completed and pioneering and align perfectly with the latest market trends. Ana is 10 out of 10 stars. I received designs that were not up to our standard a couple of times, and Ana immediately jumped in and helped the designers out. Overall, our experience has been very positive, but one area for improvement could be around clearer upfront scoping for complex or multi-part projects. Early on, there were a few moments where expectations around timelines or deliverable details could have been clarified more explicitly. A bit more proactive guidance during project kickoff would help streamline the process even further.

That said, once projects were underway, communication was excellent and any adjustments we needed were handled quickly and professionally. The team is receptive to feedback and clearly focused on improving the client experience.
