We entrusted Rankings to work with us to create a long-term digital marketing strategy.  We were a startup lawfirm seeking to penetrate the highly saturated and competive personal injury space in a large and competive market.  Rankings devloped the overall and local strategies and developed a website that would be the initiator for all digital strategies.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be simplifying some of the technical SEO explanations for those of us who aren’t experts in the field. While they do a great job keeping us informed, sometimes the details can get a bit complex.

That said, they’re always happy to answer questions and break things down when needed. Their willingness to educate and adjust their communication style based on our needs has been greatly appreciated.

Since we've hired Rankings there has been an exponential improvement in our SEO. We are very happy with Rankings and highly recommend them. Our case manager Claudio is equally amazing: informed, responsive, and engaged.

The strategy we received was excellent. Very thorough investigation and consulting by the Rankings team. The big result for us was a pathway to grow our rankings, authority, and ultimatelly sales. There was considerable amount of detail put into how we are going to compete with other larger players and most importantly, how we are going to take market share in a competitive space. It was by far and away one of the best experiences I've had working with an agency.

Rankings.io brought on a new link builder, which improved their work significantly. Over time, things started to get better.

We hoped their services would positively impact our website, but we didn’t see the difference we were expecting. They did help us target other problems through consulting

The link builder had a great network and got us links fast. We weren’t always happy with site metrics where they got us backlinks, but they worked to address the issues.

Rankings.io is very professional, and they look good on paper. Their website is impressive, and the team members are good at leading meetings and presentations. They also have a good network of resources.

Our contract should have been more clear and specific for minimum links and quality of links. The contract went long and the communication wasn’t always clear due to a project manager change. But in the end their work was really strong. They are a great company to work with.

Once another teammate took over, the process improved. They’d email us content and suggestions, and we created a sheet for them to track their link-building efforts.

Rankings.io is very professional, and they look good on paper. Their website is impressive, and the team members are good at leading meetings and presentations. They also have a good network of resources.

Rankings.io could definitely improve on their quality and quantity of work for the price. They also could have been more upfront about the work they intended to deliver. 

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

I advise establishing the minimum work and time frame in which they should accomplish the work. Be very clear and upfront about your expectations.

Rankings was very quickly able to “right the ship” and bring our website back on page 1 of Google listings for virtually all practice groups. We have a highly competitive market in the Detroit area, and they were very successful in navigating this landscape.

Candidly, it was by trial and error initially. As mentioned, I had a number of different vendors and well-known vendors in the personal injury space. Some of the top companies. I believe I received a referral from another vendor that I knew who had met Chris at a seminar and we were able to connect.

Our website had been dramatically delisted as the result of some other SEO work that was done on our site. The measurable outcomes have been astounding. We went from generating very little traffic online to where we get anywhere from 5 to 10 organic leads per day coming in through our website. The value on an annual basis is well north of a $1,000,000 for what it would cost in any pay per click campaign.

Workflow and communication have been great with Rankings and I cannot say enough good things with how responsive they are to our needs.

The most impressive attribute of the company is their attention to detail and doing things the right way so that they produce results.
