I love them because they are only 5 ingredients and come together in just 5 minutes.  I usually have my slow cooker chicken on hand for these but wanted to show you how store bought shredded chicken breast makes this even easier for you.   They’re not the prettiest meal, but I made them and had it for dinner and am saving the rest for lunches the next few days. You can just heat and eat and it’s like you’re hving a fiesta in minutes.  Feel free to add in veggies to yours if you want.  I often throw in shredded zucchini or cauliflower rice to mine.
