Bad energy

Like now, I notice it.

It's never been so apparent that I'm no longer 21 as it has been this week. Monday and Tuesday, I was still in full recovery mode from the weekend - a little tired, feeling like I was playing catch up. Alas, I no longer have the rebound rate of a college student when it comes to weekends like this

Be careful of the company you keep. Energy is TRANSFERRABLE. Without a doubt, an individual with bad characteristic traits will spoil, will ruin, will absolutely destroy any good characteristic traits that you are trying to attain and maintain. For those who claim to be good people and still attract bad energy, let me offer you this perspective. I'm referring to those toxic people who we allow into our lives or those positive ones we repel because of our negative energy and unhealthy lifestyles. Bad people approach us with bad intentions all the time but what you allow into your space and into your life is truly a reflection of your own unhealthy view of yourself. ~ Michael Baisden.
